Flooring is heavier and more technical than an ordinary online purchase. We give you clear pricing and convenient checkout, then include a flooring specialist in the review before release of your material.
From room to ready
Six steps, with the important checks built in.
2. Confirm the actual floor
Request a physical sample before a large purchase. Screen color, room lighting and natural product variation can change the final appearance.
3. Measure and calculate
Enter the room square footage and choose a waste allowance. The calculator converts the project into the full cartons or flooring units sold for that product.
4. Calculate delivery
Select free Troy pickup or enter the delivery ZIP. The cart instantly prices protected ground or pallet delivery and applies eligible shipping credits at 6, 12, 18 and 25 cartons.
5. Pay securely through Stripe
The store sends the order to Stripe’s hosted checkout. Your card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored on this website.
6. A flooring specialist reviews it
We verify the product, quantity, availability and fulfillment details before material is released. If something needs attention, we contact you.

The calculator is a planning tool. Your installer’s layout, the room shape and manufacturer requirements can change the final quantity.
Measure every flooring area, closet and connected space included in the project.
Confirm the product color and surface with a physical sample whenever possible.
Ask your installer about the correct waste allowance, layout and subfloor requirements.
Plan transitions, reducers, stair pieces, trim and accessories before finalizing quantity.
Keep enough material from the same order for repairs and future matching when practical.
Do not schedule installation until material has arrived and has been inspected.
Pickup
Eligible products offer free pickup at 312B Jarvis Ct in Troy. We confirm manufacturer availability and the pickup schedule for your order. Wait for our ready confirmation before traveling.
Local and nationwide delivery
Eligible delivery within approximately 75 road miles of our Lebanon warehouse is free. For farther destinations, eligible small shipments use protected ground shipping. Pallet orders receive a discounted Signature shipping price that can be lower than the underlying residential carrier cost.

Stripe handles the card payment. Signature Flooring reviews the flooring order and coordinates the material release, pickup or delivery.
