Local delivery
Local delivery is free to eligible addresses within 75 miles of Troy. Access, unloading needs and eligibility are confirmed before release. A responsible adult must be present.

Damage and shortages
Inspect every carton before accepting it. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us with photos within 48 hours. Keep all packaging while a claim is reviewed.
Returns
Do not install damaged, incorrect or visibly defective material. Installed material is considered accepted. Returns require prior authorization and may be limited by manufacturer rules, restocking charges, freight and dye-lot availability. Custom, clearance and opened-box material may be final sale. Call before returning anything.
