Signature Flooring & Interiors collects the contact, delivery, sample-request and order information needed to answer requests and fulfill purchases. A mailing address submitted for a sample is used to review and fulfill that request. Payment card details are handled by our secure hosted payment provider, Stripe, and are not stored on this website.

Stripe also provides payment-option information in the cart. Its payment components may use cookies, IP addresses and interaction data to display eligible options, provide payment services and help prevent fraud. See Stripe’s privacy policy for details.

Our store records anonymous first-party page activity, including the page viewed, time, a random session identifier, a random browser label stored for up to 180 days to recognize repeat browser visits, the referring website’s domain, and an approximate city, state or region and country from the hosting network or a locally hosted public IP-location database. The connection IP is processed transiently for that local lookup; it is not saved in the activity record or sent to an outside lookup service. IP Geolocation by DB-IP uses a limited-accuracy public database. We use this activity to understand interest in our products and improve the store. We also record broad device, browser and operating-system categories, product and shopping actions, delivery-quote attempts and results, checkout request failures (without contact-field contents or full ZIP codes), measured interaction-backed active time and scroll milestones. For advertising diagnosis, we may record whether a Google advertising click parameter was present, recognized campaign source/medium categories and a numeric campaign ID supplied by the page link. We do not retain the click identifier itself or the full referring URL/query string. These signals do not prove a person’s identity or that an advertisement caused a purchase. We do not store a visitor’s name, email address, full IP address or precise location as part of this activity record, and our first-party tracker does not record browsers that send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control preference. Browser labels do not identify a person, and network location can be affected by VPNs and other connection services.

We use Google advertising and measurement services to understand visits and evaluate our advertising. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers. We may use service providers for website hosting, analytics, delivery and payment processing. We do not sell personal information. We retain order and request records as needed for customer service, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
