Terms of sale

Prices are shown per square foot for comparison, but flooring is sold by full boxes. Product images and screen colors are illustrative; samples and production lots may vary. Availability can change before fulfillment.

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment approval and verification of product, quantity, tax and fulfillment. We may contact you to correct an obvious pricing, quantity or availability error before release and will offer a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled as agreed.

Customers are responsible for measurements, job-site conditions, product suitability and installation unless a separate written installation agreement says otherwise. Always follow the manufacturer’s current instructions and warranty.
